About the Opportunity
You will assist the Accounting Department in all phases of bookkeeping, which includes cash receipts, cash disbursements, filing, general ledger, etc. You will also administer certain daily Human Resource tasks within our recruiting process.
Qualifications
This could be a Full Time or Part Time position. For Part Time, it offers a flexible schedule of 20 hours per week.
Qualifications:
Must have 5+ yrs prior experience
Proficient in Quickbooks Pro 2017
Experience in Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger
Proficient in Accounts Payable
Excellent math, verbal and filing skills
Client contact skills including phones
Must be organized and meticulous.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
