Property Management Accountant Job Opening in Bellevue, Washington - NAREIG Property Management LLC is seeking a qualified professional to fill our Accountant of Property Management position. Primarily responsibilities include Payrolls for all the employees for our company as well as managing all our property management accounting works by working with our property management director. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Excel and other office standard software
Perform payroll Related functions including reviewing & verifying payroll data in a timely manner, calculating overtime and other pay premiums.
Daily accounting functions including bank reconciliations, journal entries, cash receipts and payables for multiple entities.
Preparation and interpretation of annual property budgets.
Preparation and billing of annual tenant common area maintenance (CAM).
Review leases and leasing activity to ensure accurate billing.
Maintain property tax schedules and ensure all property tax installments are paid on a timely basis.
Assist in all audits at the property.
Must have knowledge of property management software (AppFolio).
Bilingual (English / Mandarin) is a plus but not required
Green Card/US Citizenship Preferred
