Month End Close Process
Preparation of payroll and related tax filings
General Ledger Posting
Bank Reconciliations
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Accounts Receivable Review
Property Tax and Sales Tax Reporting
Accounts Payable oversight
Comprehensive Cash Management
Evaluates & Reviews systems & processes
Requirements
BS Degree In Accounting- Mandatory
5 yrs Minimum Period End closing & producing Financial Statements
Skills Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Time management skills
Strong prioritization and organizational skills
Self motivator that requires very little supervision in a high stress environment
Able to multitask
Exceptional computer skills in Excel
Experience in Sage 100 a plus but not required.
