Our local home services company with in-house call center is seeking qualified candidates to join our team.
We schedule service appointments for clients across Northwest Arkansas and Oklahoma. This is a fast-paced environment with a close-knit team ? working closely alongside other CCRs, technicians, the management team, and the accounting office to provide the best possible service for our clients.
Our Client Care Representatives are the first stop on our service train, and we are looking for the best to join us!
If you have:
-A high school diploma or GED
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-An ability to work efficiently in Microsoft programs and the Google Suite
-An eye for details
-Above average computer skills
-And can pass a drug test and background check ?
