Job Summary
Long established, profitable company looking to add National Account Sales Executives to expand our logistics footprint. Our company is a grower and shipper of produce including potatoes, watermelons, corn, pumpkins and more. Our in-house logistics division is looking to expand our offerings to customers across the country. This is an outstanding opportunity as accounts are open and available. Now is the time to act to get in on the ground floor. The National Account Sales Executive identifies and develops profitable business through new and existing relationships while working closely with our operations and pricing team.
Responsibilities
Develop new and existing customers strategically through a variety of prospecting and development techniques, including cold calling, email, social media, and other networking opportunities.
Work closely with customer support and pricing teams to enhance customer experience to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
Create weekly sales reports and account profiles as needed by the Director of Sales.
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and ethical manner.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of company product in a positive and mutually beneficial way to customers and prospects.
Ability to travel as needed for customer visits, training, and company meetings.
Provide leadership to other employees through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
Experience
Minimum 5 years Transportation Sales experience with a successful record of securing and closing major accounts.
Associate?s or Bachelor?s Degree a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Results oriented and performance driven. Hunter mentality.
Proficient at Microsoft Office.
