LCB Senior Living is accepting applications for a Sales Specialist to support our communities in VT, NH and MA. The Sales Specialist will report to the Regional Sales Director and be assigned to a community within the region. The Sales Specialist will be hands-on, quickly identify sales execution opportunities in a community and takes action to drive consistent move-ins through lead generation and conversions. This position requires frequent travel across the region (including overnights). This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales and business development experience in a service-related, customer-focused industry.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting community sales efforts by quickly diagnosing sales execution opportunities and creating an action plan
Enters all sales activities into company lead tracking software and ensures community data is accurate and current
Conducts prospect tours, home visits, external sales calls and makes outbound calls to the lead base
Partners with assigned communities to enhance sales culture and exceed goals
Partners with Regional Director of Operations and Regional Sales Director to grow a specific community
Effectively selling and closing transactions
Qualifications include:
Bachelor?s degree(BA) from a four-year college or university
Proven sales track record
Previous assisted living or retirement living experience is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills, very detailed oriented, and solid financial understanding to drive revenue
Demonstrated ability to train, coach, motivate, and mentor sales team
Required to travel to community on daily basis
Must possess a valid driver?s license
