Responsibilities: * Generate new business via outbound prospecting via phone and email with warm and cold leads.
Establish short and long term strategies for generating and qualifying sales leads
Nurture and qualify new leads and relationships that become business opportunities
Preparing for appointments you created the day prior.
Directing 2-3 sales appointments daily with owners of small to medium sized businesses with the goal of marketing and securing sales leads coming in daily.
Pipeline building and opportunity identification
Meet or exceed sales objectives
Appointment setting
Contacting Sales Manager with feedback from appointments and sharing new business lead opportunities daily.
Talking and updating with Sales manager daily via Skype, email, and Google Docs.
Reviewing the day's successes and challenges with your Sales Manager, gaining sales support as appropriate-- all administrative support people have a vested interest in your success.
Accurately track sales activity and lead status
Meet and exceed monthly activity targets
Take ownership of your work and always strive for improvement
Requirements: * At least three years of business ownership experience and/or three years of internet or telesales direct sales experience, but will train the right person also. Attitude is everything.
Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, particularly with business owners.
Good listening skills and ability to uncover the real "pain" a client might be experiencing
We will consider the right experience over a degree
Ability to begin work immediately, and work independently.
Ability to pick up the ball and run with it.

Compensation:
Compensation is a base + (a generous) commission and you'll earn a percentage of each sale until you learn the system and start generating business on your own. Typical sales start at $1000 to $5000. (and go up from there) 3-5 sales a week possible. Commission will start based on what you bring to the team, .
1099 Independent Contractor situation.
Paid monthly via PayPal.
1-3 month trial period, then reevaluate. Once you're able to generate sales on your own, we'll move towards a 50%-50% split
Once you develop and train your own sales team, that can/will lead to a full equity partner is not only possible but ultimately what I'm looking for.
