Retail Auditor Job Opening in Miles City, Montana - The Brandt Group is a customer service and loyalty intelligence firm, focusing on improving customer service in the retail, service, and dining industries.
We are a looking for Retail Auditors to enter client businesses and pose as perspective customers. Auditors will engage with staff and take mental notes on customer service and sales skills, as well as gauge store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising. Once complete, Auditors will fill out an online form with their experiences. This is independent contract work, not a full or part-time job.
Applicants should have:
Good oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented observational skills
Internet access (for digital audits)
No prior experience or certifications required.
Retail Auditors will be paid a fee for each satisfactorily completed audit.
