Web Engineer Job Opening in Loomis, California - Powerhouse Gaming is a Northern California based software development company specializing in cutting edge products for the charitable gaming and entertainment industry. Powerhouse prides itself on creativity, innovation and professionalism; raising the standard of excellence in the gaming industry Gaming is looking for a web engineer with 2-4 years of experience. You will be responsible for designing and implementing required financial and regulatory reports, along with creating a website using MVC to allow employees and customers to generate reports and do invoicing for our customers. You will also be involved in upgrading our data gathering and data retention system, including working with and expanding our candidates must be willing to relocate to the Sacramento, CA area. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain MVC websites that will be used both internally and for customers
Work with the team to develop server applications and databases
Develop different reports for customers and regulators
Maintain legacy systems
Requirements:
2 - 4 years of professional programming experience.
Needs strong knowledge of c# with at least 2 years of professional experience.
Needs strong knowledge of SQL with at least 1 year of professional experience. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server preferred.
Needs strong knowledge of HTML and CSS with at least 2 years professional experience.
Needs experience designing and maintaining reports. Experience with Microsoft SSRS preferred.
Experience developing and maintaining web applications using MVC 4.
Experience developing server applications and API's.
Experience with WCF and windows services.
Experience with HTML and CSS3.
Ability to work independently to solve problems.
Ability to work with other teams to ensure interoperability of all components.
Must be willing to relocate.
