Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Associate will greet customers.
Respond to customer online inquiries.
Make outbound calls.
Answer inbound sales calls.
Generate appointments.
Utilize the CRM to follow up with customer leads as well as sold customers.
Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Computer literate.
Outstanding communication skills.
Professional appearance.
Strong work ethic.
Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
Superior customer service skills.
Auto sales experience is preferred but will train someone who is ambitious and willing to learn.
