Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Job Opening in Hickory Hills, Illinois - Everest Snow Management is looking for Inside Sales/Lead Generator to join our team!
We are looking for a full time, service oriented professional that can thrive in a fast paced environment, while focusing on providing outstanding customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include all aspects of customer service functions, in addition to providing office support for the account management team to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Prospecting and cold calling
Working closely with Account Managers, creating quotes and sales packages
Review RFP's for scope of work and costing
Handle software requests from clients, which includes entering necessary data into CRM software
Explain client expectations to the operations department and following through to ensure expectations are met
Requirements
Excellent Communication and problem solving skills (Written and Verbal)
Strong Computer skills (Excel, Power Point, MAC users preferred)
Skilled in Document Drafting and creating spread sheets
Data Entry (55 words per minute)
Proven Sales Track Record
Exceptional Customer Service
Team Player and Goal Driven
Flexible Work Hours (Winter Season)
