Seasonal Tax Preparer Job Opening in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin - Position Objective:
Seasonal Tax preparer. Prepare individual tax returns for clients on a seasonal basis.
Essential Job Functions:
Individual (1040) tax preparation.
Assist with and prep 1099?s and other miscellaneous year end work.
Assist with development and implementation of additional policies and procedures.
Any other duties as assigned.
Ancillary Functions:
Assist with other duties associated with a full service CPA firm.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Work record that shows attention to detail.
Work experience in a professional field and/or some college training in the accounting field
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to learn CCH Tax Software. MS Office Suite (to include Excel); familiar with general bookkeeping standards and practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Possess the attitude of ?customer first?.
Proficient in 10-key and keyboarding.
Ability to work without supervision.
Ability to produce accurate work.
