Senior Financial Analyst Job Opening in Birmingham, Alabama - We are assisting one of our clients in their search for a senior financial analyst to assist in mergers and acquisition analysis. This position is responsible for assisting in the development of this fast-growing organization
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collecting, analyzing and interpreting numerous documents during the due diligence phase. This will include profit and loss statements, billing reports, real estate leases, equipment leases, and other legal documents.
Preparation of financial proformas along with detailed narratives summarizing assumptions used and an overview of the current structure.
Analyst will be required to contact the designee of the prospective business unit to answer questions in regards to due diligence.
Assisting with the preparation of the quarterly forecast and annual budget/business plan at a business unit level as well as monthly production of benchmarking reports.
Other duties will include Service Line profitability studies, develop proformas for new service lines, and participate in various special project assignments.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and meet established deadlines
