Supervisor Job Opening in Newark, Delaware - Established healthcare billing company seeks highly motivated individual to Supervise a team of individual hospital representatives and office staff for the common goal of assisting patients in applying for Medicaid/Medical Assistance on behalf of our client facilities. 3+ years Supervisory experienced preferred. Qualified applicant must:
Be able to Supervise effectively to provide a positive team environment, be a team player and able to work well with all staff in order to maintain a productive work environment to assure that client and company goals are met and exceeded.
Have at least 3-5 years of experience in working with community and Long Term care Medicaid eligibility regulations for DE, MD, NJ, PA and all other states are preferred not mandatory.
Be available to travel to and from various client facilities throughout the State of DE and attend meetings, client interviews and provide coverage when necessary at various locations throughout the state of DE, PA and MD including our Newark, DE office
Be able to coordinate and/or resolve cases with clients, patients, social workers and various State agencies.
Work professionally with patients, their families and client facilities.
Be able to attend all client as deemed necessary by Management
Be proficient in Microsoft office
Be able to maintain a high level of organization in a fast-pace environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking preferred but not required
Work schedule: Monday ?Friday, 8:00am ? 5:00pm or 8:30am. Extra hours may be needed on month end and on as needed basis while covering different client sites.
