Team Leader Job Opening in Newark, Delaware - Established healthcare billing company seeks highly motivated individual to lead a Team of individual Hospital Representatives for the common goal of assisting patients in applying for Medicaid/Medical Assistance on behalf of our client facilities. Qualified applicant must:
Have experience with Medicaid/Medical Assistance regulations for Delaware and various other States
Be able to work with different types of patients in a hospital/office setting
Be detail oriented and be able to prioritize work flow on a daily basis.
Be an excellent communicator, with strong oral and written communication skills
Be able to maintain a high level of organization in a fast-pace environment while meeting all required deadlines
Be flexible and able to travel on any given work day to various client facilities throughout the State of Delaware as well as work on-site at our Newark office
Be able to provide all required medical and background information for all client?s clearance requirements
Must attend all client meetings and orientations as deemed necessary by management
Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking preferred but not required
Be proficient in Microsoft office
Work schedule: Monday ?Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. Extra hours may be needed on month end and on as needed basis while covering different client sites.
