We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant /Financial Analyst. We are looking for a star performer who can help us accomplish our mission by exceeding customer expectations.
What You?ll Do
Manage the monthly close process including preparation of all financial reporting and variance analysis
Manage the general ledger and account reconciliations
Bi-weekly payroll processing
Payables and Receivables Management
Cash analysis
Assist in preparation of the operating forecast, annual budget and long term financial projections
Develop activity based costing models
Establish expense guidelines and monitor compliance
Perform miscellaneous financial and operational analysis
Lead process improvement initiatives in the accounting and finance areas
What You?ll Need
BA in Accounting / Finance
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with increasing responsibilities
Proficient with QuickBooks, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
General experience with activity-based costing and process improvement
Solid working knowledge of GAAP, CPA a plus but not required
Strong business acumen and the ability to wear multiple hats
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
