Redtronic is a manufacturer of OE type premium motor oils, additives, fluid exchange machines and other lubricant products providing automotive workshop solutions. Redtronic has been involved and still growing in the automotive aftermarket industry since 1998.
Redtronic is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The right candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of Sales experience. This professional is self-driven, highly effective, and results oriented. This is a key position within a growing and dynamic business enterprise, providing extensive development and promotional opportunities! This position is based at our San Antonio, Texas location
Our team members need to be positive thinkers and upbeat about life. We are looking for a proactive and energetic attitude that will help grow sales, manage customer demands, and aggressively sell new business. Strong selling and teaching skills are required to train distributors and teach their service installers how to sell premium motor oils and additives
The desired professional will be able to think on their feet and possess the ability to service all accounts at multiple personnel levels. Relationship building and sales follow up are key skills to succeed in this position. Marketing and promotions experience are also a plus. Candidates must be self-sufficient and self-motivated to sell and service all market channels. Prior lubricant/additive selling experience is a plus.

* Primary Responsibilities:
Call on customers within the territory *
Generate revenue in accordance to sales plan

Promote our brand and visibility

Communicate important customer relationship issues to the Operations Manager
*
Establish long term relationships with the customers
*
Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention
* Experience & Skills:
Multi-lingual is a plus *
Business training and/or education a plus
