Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of successful face-to-face sales experience in the home improvement industry is a plus but not required
Proven track record in one call closing ability
Strong work ethic and the ability to work long hours
High energy, sense of urgency, positive, enthusiastic and self-directing
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Job Description:
We will provide paid training to learn our proven closing system
Upon successful completion of our training program, you will be promoted to assistant manager * Achieve company performance standards as assistant manager, you will then be promoted to a sales manager of existing sales division
Responsible for hiring and training and retaining a sales roster
Teach closing techniques
Daily check in with sales roster
Monthly sales meeting
Achieve monthly sales quotas
Run sales appointments daily
