ADP Experience is a plus!
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Billing of wholesale orders
-Actively working closely with the used car manager
-Responsible for all assets pertaining to used car inventory
-ADP experience is a MUST.
-Compiles information and prepares reports as requested by management and/or dealer principal
-Ensures compliance with all government regulations
-Title Follow Up
-Adjustable to your current experience within prior Retail Auto Accounting.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
-Excellent client and customer service skills
-Ability to use personal computer applications including word processing and spreadsheet applications. (Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Outlook, Word)
-General Math Skills
-Ability to multi-task
-Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
-Proficient written and communication skills
-Consistent and stable work history
