Payroll Specialist/Bookkeeper Job Opening in Flagstaff, Arizona - Responsible for processing client payrolls and bookkeeping activities for a public accounting firm. Must be service oriented and maintain excellent client contact and rapport. Will be responsible for 30 - 70 clients depending upon experience and capability. Must have solid fundamental knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping concepts along with Quickbooks proficiency. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior experience and formal accounting education is preferred.
Time management and organizational skills are extremely important in a public accounting environment. We are looking for accuracy and efficiency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential as you will be coordinating with co-workers and interacting with clients on a daily basis.
