Inside Sales and Customer Service Job Opening in Colorado Springs, Colorado - We are looking for a Spanish/English speaking person to join Seeger Homes
We are seeking a Spanish & English speaking inside sales & office coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving office backlog issues to help customers move their project along with the factory, construction and banks.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Knowledge of product/procedures * Ability to use phone and computer systems * Customer Service skills * Friendly
