Job description and responsibilities
As a Technical Sales Representative Level 1 for Triton Environmental, your focus is to provide exceptional customer service while building new sales opportunities for Triton. Business/Project development and sales generation will be the focus for this position while maintaining a team attitude at the office to guarantee the highest level of customer service. This position generates revenue by researching sales opportunities and providing estimates for bids, soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements and developing accounts. Providing solutions for Triton?s clients is one of our core values, having a strong understanding of all of Triton?s products is imperative for success in this position.
Job Requirements and responsibilities;
Strong understanding of computers; data entry and report functions utilizing QuickBooks, Excel etc.
Self-starter, self-motivated, team player, detail oriented, multi-tasker, problem solver, independent and confident
Successful customer service experience as well as work with a sense of urgency
Research jobs for bid and provide detailed information to team on how to proceed.
Requires execution of quotes to customers including; researching products to bring technical solutions and value to customer, requesting concessionary pricing to be more competitive, and sending them out in a timely manner
Team oriented and the willingness to assist in all aspects of sales to guarantee the level of customer service that Triton exceeds at
Contribute in knowledge transfer of all employees to continue to build a solution based sales team
Up to date on technical knowledge, must be able to provide answers to customers in a timely fashion
Call on potential new customers to introduce our company as well as maintain relationships with existing customers
Responsible for all office and sales support as a Customer Service Representative when at the office
Utilize excellent communication skills, skillful time management and proficient organizational skills to successfully manage accounts and maintain inner office processes.
Process sales orders including arranging timely delivery to best fit the customers? needs
Willingness to learn and grow with the company a must. This person will be an active member of the team and fill in as needed, taking a dynamic approach to serving our customers and providing solutions
