Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Overland Park, Kansas - As Kansas City?s leader in direct marketing for higher education, you will speak with individuals who have expressed interest in obtaining more information about furthering their education. You will speak with prospective students to determine the schools/degree programs that best fit their needs. We provide paid hands on training and a thorough mentorship program to ensure you will be able to hit the ground running, and ready to take advantage of our lucrative bonus structure.
The Day to Day
Contact prospective students (outbound and inbound calls) regarding their request for more information about their education (all leads provided, no prospecting!)
Assist prospective students to find the right schools/degree programs based on their needs
Consistently meet and/or exceed specific, attainable sales goals and quality assurance requirements
Provide a positive customer experience by educating customers on the service we provide and the benefits to using our comparison shopping model as well as responding to questions and overcoming objections
