Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Overland Park, Kansas - Job Description:
CrossPointe Benefit Solutions is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative. This position will work in an inside sales capacity and speak with individuals who are seeking more information about purchasing insurance. This position works with the prospective customers to determine the insurance that best fit their needs.
Responsibilities Include:
Contact prospective customers (outbound and inbound calls) regarding their request for more information about Medicare Insurance (all leads provided, no prospecting)
Educate clients and sell Medicare Supplement products to Medicare recipients within assigned states using consultative sales techniques
Successfully completing our comprehensive sales representative training which includes product knowledge, salesmanship, and our software systems
Drive profit through both permission based outbound sales calls and inbound sales calls by utilizing persuasive sales techniques
Consistently meet and/or exceed specific, attainable sales goals and quality assurance req.
Increase customer profitability by utilizing cross-selling and upselling sales techniques
Ensure a positive customer experience by educating customers on our brand
Requirements Include:
Currently possess a Life and Health Insurance license or have the ability to obtain a Life and Health Insurance license. CrossPointe Benefit Solutions does offer financial assistance towards obtaining a required license (pre-licensing training and state exam fees)
Possess above average computer proficiency and the ability to multi-task: working on multiple internet platforms while conversing with a client and navigating our CRM system simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and the ability to assertively recommend appropriate coverage based on your professional qualifications, product knowledge and proven sales techniques
The ability to pass a background check and a drug test

Insurance Sales experience is not required ? we will train you!

This is a full-time sales position and we call and take sales calls nationwide
