Your Day-to-Day:
As a professional representative of the La-Z-Boy name and brand, you'll use exceptional customer service and knowledge of our products/services to build rapport with customers and help them find the perfect La-Z-Boy additions for their home. Doing so effectively will ensure you're a key contributor to La-Z-Boy's success, as top line sales are often a result of an amazing client experience. Because of your daily work, La-Z-Boy will create new, and maintain existing, long-term relationships that will lead to increased sales and profitability. Most importantly, you are confident in being a mission critical team member within our culture. You're motivated, enthusiastic, easy to talk to, and passionate about your Requirements
Below are some of the requirements, constructed as a reflection of our current, most successful Sales Professionals:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor?s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
Previous sales experience with a proven track record of success
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Ability to deal with people at all levels and work as team
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport
Ability to effectively manage time and conflicting priorities
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work the schedule and hours dictated by business needs - Sometimes people want to buy furniture in the evenings and on weekends and holidays.
Initiative to meet assigned goals, missions and objectives
