The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative is responsible for following up on inbound leads, servicing existing customers, on-boarding new customers and handling customer service
Core responsibilities include:
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls and emails.
Answer customer inquiries via phone, web and email.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate sales interest.
Maintain and expand database of prospects - keep accurate records and document customer service actions/discussions (Infusionsoft).
Become an expert on all QS products ? clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing.
Close sales and achieve quarterly sales goals.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through resolution.
Handle, track and resolve all customer complaints ? incorrect shipments, missing shipments, product issues, etc.
As needed/requested by manager - represent sales team at tradeshows and conferences with some weekend work/travel required.
Through daily interaction with customers, suggest improvements in the sales/customer service process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in business or related field preferred, or High School Diploma with relevant work experience. Minimum 1-year sales/customer support experience and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

In-depth understanding of the sales process with a Customer Service mindset.
Results driven, proactive, with the ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of customers (practitioners, distributors, consumers).
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving work and market environment.
