LPN, Quality Specialist Job Opening in Saint Petersburg, Florida - The LPN/Quality Specialist performs a variety of duties to assist physicians and nursing personnel in delivering quality patient care. The objective is to have providers order and obtain wellness screenings according to NCQA/CMS guidelines for our patients. The LPN/Quality Specialist reviews patient's charts for Hedis Measures and Coding daily to add any outstanding measures for the provider's access. The LPN/Quality Specialist also regularly provides coverage to the Telephone Triage team. Adheres to all Local, State and Federal laws and regulations related to healthcare and the Medical Practice including Safety, Infection Control, HIPAA and Compliance Programs
Must have Florida LPN and CPR with 2 or more years of experience. Must have Medical Terminology and EMR experience, prefer Eclinicalworks experience. ICD 9, ICD 10 and CPT Coding Knowledge. Strong Interpersonal skills, Problem Solving skills, ability to adapt to change easily, positive attitude/works well with others and excellent Customer Service skills.
