Administrative Coordinator Job Opening in Tampa, Florida - We are looking for a talented and entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for:
Providing support for Executive Team including but not limited to, booking travel, scheduling, and assisting in special projects
Supporting the HR department including but not limited to, managing job postings, scheduling interviews, maintaining metrics, and implementing new practices
Assist in preparing client presentation materials such as a property offering memorandums
Assist in maintaining internal database by entering new and updated customer information
Desired Skills and Experience:
BA/BS preferred but not required
1 to 3 years previous administrative experience (real estate experience not required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent business vocabulary and grammar; organization, communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines
Ability to work with little direct supervision
Strong attention to detail
A desire to work within a collaborative and driven professional environment
