Qualified candidate will need the following:
Associates Degree in Accounting or working towards Accounting Degree
Great Plains or QuickBooks experience a plus
Proficient in Excel
Must have min. 2 years Accounts Receivable experience
Open Availability with Work Schedule (24-30 hrs/ week)
Fast and Accurate Data Entry alpha and numerical
Fast and Accurate 10 key calculator
Multi task, Detail oriented, Strong Work Ethic, Great Communication Skills
Duties include but are not limited to:
Sales Collections from all stores
Process gift cards
Billing
Bank Reconciliations
Process Credit Card Payments
Update daily notes,manage tasks, and calendar on ACT
Copying, filing, creating new folders, binders, labels
Back up to Front Desk Customer Service position
