Process weekly payroll
Process invoices for payment and generate checks
Assist with monthly billing process
Assist with monthly bank reconciliations
Project maintenance
Filing
Assist with accounts receivable tasks
Prepare bank deposits
Process weekly job cost
Perform various human resources related tasks
Requirements
2 years' experience in the accounting department of an design firm a plus
Experience with BST accounting software a plus
Experience with Abra payroll software a plus
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
Ability to multi-task is a must.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.
