Dental Practice Manager Job Opening in Lansing, Michigan - We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Practice Leaders to join our team in several Michigan Areas. (Lansing, Highland & Adrian)
The Practice Leader is responsible for maintaining the culture of the office, while being responsible for the overall performance results of the office, and to maintain a good working environment for all by developing staff, ensuring patient satisfaction, providing leadership with a focus on exceptional customer service!
Qualifications & Skills:
3 years of dental management experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven multi-tasking ability Knowledge of dental insurance and Medicaid
Accounts Receivable
Treatment plan presentation
Experience with Eaglesoft and Softdent, a plus
