SSDC is searching for an enthusiastic, results oriented individual with health care knowledge and experience who will be responsible for customer management, inside sales, and retention through strong relationship development, knowledge and service delivery.
The primary responsibilities for this role include:
Establish and maintain customer relationships for customer retention and sales opportunities
Manage implementation of product and services to meet customer and SSDC requirements
Maintain good understanding of customer and their business strategies
Creates and provides status updates, reporting, and service recommendations
Coordinate, lead, develop materials for customer meetings
Development and delivery of customer and third party product and service training
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and facilitate satisfactory resolution
Act as a liaison between customer and SSDC for communication, escalation, education, service and support
Identify and prospect potential new customers and business opportunities
Generate methods to attract customers and support business development
Qualifications:
Related experience in
Customer retention and relationship development skills
Excellent organizational and management skills
Ability to learn quickly and work flexibly
Effectively present and explain complex information
Ability to overcome objectives and drive results
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor?s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
Travel required 25-40% of time
