Assistant Property Manager Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - Bluestone & Hockley has an exciting opportunity for a professional to join our tenant customer service team, we call Resident Relationship Managers. This is an entry level position, but does require some professional experience and preferably some understanding of the apartment industry.
The RRM is a ?tenant advocate in a property manager?s clothing?, focusing on delivering the very best service with a sense of urgency, kind mannerism and a helpful attitude.
You will be joining a small team of Resident Relationship Managers whose purpose is to centralize and standardize the servicing of most routine departmental operating and administrative tasks. A Resident Relationship Manager is an internal and external customer service guru, with the authority to answer questions, resolve resident complaints, approve standard maintenance, direct onsite staff and generally be helpful and supportive of all department objectives and responsibilities. RRMs are well-trained, high-functioning and efficient generalists, focusing on front-end communication and resident customer service.

Mandatory Qualifications:
Able to pass criminal and drug screening.
Type 50+ WPM.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Technically adept.
Mechanically inclined.
Strong customer service aptitude.
Well-spoken & well-written.
Smart!
Preferred Qualifications:
Bi-lingual (Spanish)
Customer service leadership experience.
Property management or upscale hospitality experience.
Four-year university degree.
