Order Processing Specialist Job Opening in Agoura Hills, California - Nationwide Medical, Inc., a durable medical equipment (DME) company located in Agoura Hills, CA, is currently seeking a full-time Order Processing Specialist in our Order Processing Department. The position will fulfill the following primary duties and responsibilities:
Process sales orders and delivery tickets for patient shipments
Maintain and monitor multiple sales order queues
Run reports for quality control objectives
Respond and follow-up on daily incoming emails from other departments to resolve questions related to sales orders
Assess potential departmental roadblocks and develop plans to avoid departmental shortfalls
Create, update, and streamline departmental procedures and reflect in department manual accordingly
Position Qualifications include:
High School graduate or GED required; Bachelor?s Degree preferred
Two (2) years previous experience working in data entry or healthcare preferred
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing work with frequent interruptions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and resourceful problem-solver
Highly organized with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
Working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
