Inside Sales & Customer Support Job Opening in Cumberland, Rhode island - We are seeking a highly energetic, responsible, self-motivated individual who will jump in & launch product lines to multiple markets such as:
Property Management
Flood, Fire, Restoration
Retail & Online
Emergency Preparedness
Government & more
Activities may include:
Reach out to customers via email & phone
Source, Cold Call & Generate new business
Follow up & train warm leads
Promote products to new and existing customers
Customer service, answer calls & emails
Must have great, confident telephone & writing skills
Prepare & ship samples as needed
Follow up on all samples shipped to clients
Schedule & perform training events
Set up & perform regular training webinars
Maintain & service CRM (ACT) contact data
Participate at trade shows as needed
Travel & visit with customers as needed
Review & manage key accounts
Develop & implement marketing plan with key accounts
Feed leads & Support to on the road sales staff

$40,000 Base Salary + Commission

Preferences: * 1-3 years of sales or telemarketing experience * College degree * Business to business, industrial and/or inside/outside sales experience * Cold calling experience * Experience with CRM * Microsoft Office
