Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Woonsocket, Rhode island - Inside Sales Rep is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating leads to support our Sales force. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists. We are looking to upgrade our department with dedicated and experienced employees.
Position Responsibilities:
Taking inbound and placing outbound calls to potential prospects and existing customers, no cold calling.
Provide excellent service to our existing clients, such as creating services and answering any questions or concerns.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine if our products will solve these areas of concern.
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting
Follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through pipeline.
Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate effective communicated.
Qualification and Skill Requirements :
A minimum of two years' experience in a customer service center environment.
Excellent PC skills including Work, Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, employees and managers to ensure the professional exchange of information and expectations.
Capable to understand, motivate and work with those of various backgrounds and cultures.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and complete within required timeline.
Pay is based on experience, we will pay top dollar for the right people!
