Position Overview:
All Children's Clinic is currently hiring for a Nurse Manager to lead the frontline nursing staff and deliver excellent patient care. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for creating an environment of patient-focused care, managing and developing work-based teams for assigned shifts, training new staff and providing leadership to our nursing team. The successful candidate will report to the Administrator and assist in administrative and clinical supervision.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Ensure continual delivery of high quality nursing care
Adopt and implement innovative nursing practices to improve our patient satisfaction.
Recruit, select and guide nursing staff
Ensure that nursing staff remains in compliance with professional development and regulatory standards
Maintain a healthy, collaborative team environment
Mentor clinical nurses
Qualifications:
RN or LPN with at least 5 years of supervisory experience
Current Nurse License in the state
5+ years? nursing experience
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Able to work efficiently under time constraints
Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a large team
Able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
