This position requires the qualified candidate to develop strong customer relationships, effectively presenting products to new and existing customers, and the ability to close new business deals.
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be assigned a list of accounts and will also be actively seeking new business opportunities. Your total compensation, as a Sales Representative, will be tied to the growth of your territory profits. We reward Sales Representatives based on performance and NOT on longevity (uncapped commissions)!
We are actively seeking bright and motivated individuals who enjoy proactively selling solutions to our customer's problems; whether it's providing products and technical advice or helping our customers build their businesses.
Sales Representative's Responsibilities may include, but is not limited to, the following:
Locally traveling to client locations (some overnight may be required)
Systematical solicitation of targeted commercial prospects through face-to-face contact within a zone (B2B cold calling)
Developing professional relationships with our customers (both in person and over the phone)
Assisting existing customers with buying decisions
Identifying incremental sales opportunities within our existing customer base
Providing product and technical advice
Educating customers through product demonstrations
Learning about new products and industry trends
Attending product and industry seminars/training events
Working together, as a part of our nationwide sales team
Including telesales, showroom sales, and some outside sales
