Essential Responsibilities
Maintain and grow their portfolio of accounts with a focus on driving new business opportunities, capitalizing on current opportunities and identifying areas to improve account revenues.
Create sound, achievable and measurable strategies for account development.
Respond and coordinate solutions to customer complaints and claims to ensure ongoing resolution and customer satisfaction.
Review and follow up on open quotations with customers.
Initiate proactive communication to inactive customers.
Qualifications
Positive "can-do" attitude and drive to learn & improve oneself
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic understanding of Word and Excel, data order/entry skills
Strong attention to detail
Sales acumen
Basic business acumen
Sound multi-tasking and organization abilities
Problem solving skills
General/inside sales experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
