Admissions & Enrollment Specialist Job Opening in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - This position will be eligible for a yearly performance bonus.
DUTIES
Include but are not limited to:
Actively participate in the success of Epic Charter School
Adhere to laws, policies, procedures and ethical standards of Epic Charter School
Answer enrollment questions, as well as general questions about the Epic program
Provide enrollment status
Assist with online process
Review enrollment applications for approval or denial
Assist with matching students to teachers
Input teacher bio information into enrollment system for teacher/family selection
Answer the main Epic phone line and direct calls as needed
Additional projects or tasks as needed by management
Required Work Experience:
At least 1 year in a clerical or administrative role preferred
Required Education:
High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred.

Be highly organized and have excellent time management skills
Have a firm understanding of email, spread sheets, word processing and basic computer skills
Have a good understanding of basic accounting
Have great communication skills, especially good phone etiquette
Have the ability to manage assigned duties, working in a stressful, fast-paced environment
Be highly self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
Be able to handle stressful calls and callers
Have the ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Conversational fluency in Spanish and English languages preferred
Candidate must be able to pass the state mandated background check for public school employees.
