Sales Manager Job Opening in Merrimack, New hampshire - We are looking for a seasoned and enthusiastic leader to take this exceptional plastic injection molding company to the next level!!
You will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities, staffing and directing a sales team and providing leadership toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. You will establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and programs for sales reps.
We require the right candidate to have an extensive background in contract plastic injection molding, sales and engineering. Must have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements, proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams and excellent computer and communication (written and oral) skills. IQMS knowledge a plus!
