Medical Assistant / Foreign Medical Graduate Job Opening in los angeles, California - Medical Assistant / Foreign Medical Graduate L.A PAIN CLINIC IS LOOKING FOR A F/T or P/T . Foreign Medical Graduates only should apply for this position. The position includes duties such as patient interviews, vitals, charting in patient records, typing medical reports, billing and collections, EKG's and injections. Other duties would include keeping rooms stocked w/supplies & assisting physician when needed. Other duties may not be included in this list. Our ideal candidate would be a foreign medical graduate or someone w/at least 1-2 year of front and/or back office medical assisting, but new graduates will be considered if the skills & personality are the right match. Bilingual is a plus. Needs to be competent w/computers and scheduling. Must know how to type efficiently and accurately. Medical Billing experience is a plus but will train if needed A minimum level of arithmetic skills is required e.g. you must be able to calculate 1/2 of 19 without using a calculator.
