Production Associate Job Opening in Shakopee, Minnesota - Job Title: Production Associate
Schedule: M-F 6:00am-2:30pm
Responsibilities:
Daniels Health is currently looking for eager production associates to join our growing team out of our Sturtevant, WI facility.
The production associate is responsible for processes related to the sanitation and quality upkeep of medical waste containers after they are returned from the hospital/healthcare facility and processing of the medical waste that has been emptied out of the medical waste containers.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work weekends, holidays or flex hours as needed by production demands
Mechanical background preferred
Knowledge of Hazardous Materials and OSHA Regulations preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and push and/or pull carts weighing as much as 300 pounds
Occasionally bending, twisting, and turning while lifting weights of less than fifty (50) pounds
