Medical Office Customer Service Specialist - St. Paul Job Opening in Saint Paul, Minnesota - Make a Difference! Be the friendly face in a rewarding specialty medical clinic. The Center for Reproductive Medicine (CRM) is looking for a friendly, experienced, and professional individual dedicated to front office patient services. Our front desk staff enjoy a variety of duties including welcoming our patients; provide patient check-in duties, answer multi-line phones, schedule patient appointments (on the phone and in person), collect co-payments and prepare patient EMR records for daily scheduled appointments. Our front office staff enjoys daily variety of patient centered tasks in our busy front office

Responsibilities:
Patient Check-In
Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner
Assist patients with completion of necessary paperwork upon arrival
Obtain patient ID/insurance information
Process copayments
Register patient in billing system
Schedule appointments in accordance with clinic protocol
Direct incoming telephone calls to appropriate staff
Prepare paperwork for upcoming clinic visits
Insurance Verification
General reception responsibilities including facilitate patient flow
Conduct yourself in a professional, courteous manner
Other duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-years? experience in a healthcare clinic
Ability to communicate clearly, problem solve and provide superior customer service
Ability to perform work requiring manual dexterity, standing and walking for extended periods
Ability to manage time efficiently and multi-task daily responsibilities
Ability and willingness to comply with clinic standards and guidelines
H* *ours: Full-time hours and participate in our Weekend/Holiday Rotation (typically 1/5)
