What You Will Be Doing
Develop and execute effective recruitment methods and coordinate talent acquisition by:
Building recruiting capacity through recruiter network, direct sourcing, education and industry networking, employee referrals and job fairs
Building online and social media recruiting to position LSI as "employer of choice"
Using recruiting capacity to source applicants
Interviewing and evaluating prospective candidates for values and skills fit
Coordinating employment offer process
Tracking and reporting recruitment effectiveness via metrics
Partner with hiring managers to ensure quality of hires
Coordinator for temp agency relationship
What You Need to Succeed
Great attitude with appetite to grow and learn
Demonstrable talent for social media, graphic design and writing marketing copy
Strong administrative skills and capacity
Excel data/metrics compilation and report building skills
Related education and 2 years talent acquisition experience preferred
HR Generalist Certification preferred
