To keep up with our continuous year-over-year growth (100% over 2014, 2015, 2016), we are looking to add to our Commercial Sales team with a Commercial Sales Rep who will work out of our Grapevine (HQ) offices.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The role of a Commercial Sales Rep is to identify and build relationships with commercial property owners and property management companies, in an effort to assist them with their commercial roofing needs (be it maintenance or complete re-roofing projects).
The ideal candidate is someone who has experience calling on business owners and has dealt with commercial building products/services in their tenure.
Business development efforts include:
Cold-calling and visiting commercial property owners
Networking with property management firms, commercial real estate agents and lenders.
Inspecting commercial properties (notating the condition of the roofing system).
Upon completing a property inspection and notating damage that is fully reimbursable by insurance companies, the Commercial Sales Rep will present the offerings that separate GP Construction Group from any other company in the commercial roofing industry.
Additional job duties include submitting contracts, writing up the scope of work, meeting with the adjusters form the insurance companies.
REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum of 2 years Outside Sales experience (B2B Sales)
Achievers level performance history
Natural leader and very professional
Organized and task oriented
Honest and integrous
Able to manage a territory with very little day-to-day supervision
Cold-calling experience, pioneering new territories.
Technologically savvy (we have a customized mobile app we utilize in the field on iOS or Android devices)
Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not necessary
Experience with commercial properties is preferred, or at least in a business to business (B2B) sales environment.
COMPENSATION PLAN:
As a W2 Employee, our remuneration plan offers the following total compensation with an estimated first-year earnings of $100,000 - $125,000. Second-year earnings of $150,000 - $175,000 or greater.
Base salary ($50,000 - $60,000 per year DOE)
Medical and dental benefits

Quarterly bonuses
Yearly incentives (Trip to Mexico, International Trips)
First-year minimum earning package of $75,000 per year
12 months at quota, the compensation plan for the Commercial Sales Rep is $151,000
15 Days of paid time off per year (PTO is vacation + sick pay)
