Act as a lead for Subaru Multimedia and support Launches (Leadership quality)
Work with CPM team and understand launch priority and outstanding media issues
Work with India team (HMI), China team (Media Service), and Cinemo supplier (media Engine) to resolve media issues on time based on CPM priority
Work with other domains (eg. Audio, Systems etc.) As needed to root-cause domain-dependency issues
-Triage Multimedia issues (Knowledgeable in Infotainment)
Troubleshoot urgent blocking issues as needed (when external team on holidays, vacation etc. or need immediate root-cause to unblock urgent issues)
Triage tickets under multimedia domain and identify whether it is really media issues
If media issues - Identify which part of media it belongs (HMI, MediaService, or Cinemo issues)
If non media issues ? identify which domain it belongs and move it to proper domains with reasoning (Audio, Systems, BT, and Connectivity etc.)
