Must have up-to-date HANDS-ON coding skills, and be willing to be brought into an issue and get resolved, ASAP. (could mean evenings or weekends)

Excellent Android/Java skills with the libraries such as ? Data, Location, Map, BLE, UI Kits, Gradle, Studio, Dependency Injection Concepts (Dagger), Android Specific Design Patterns
Strong sense of aesthetics and an eye for good design scaling Android applications on multiple OS/Devices.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of features
Experience using Git, SVN, CVS, or Mercurial
Ability to work quickly but with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Process-oriented with ability to work with different UI materials and rapid prototyping
Strong written and verbal English communication and organizational skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced production deadline-driven environment
A preoccupation with staying on top of industry trends and technologies
Solid understanding of Object Oriented JavaScript or Angular is a plus
Strong command of web standards, progressive enhancement and cross-browser compatibility.
Strong logic programming ability.
Previous experience with any of the server-side scripting language (Ruby, Python, PHP, JSP, etc.).
Experience with version control systems.
A strong attention to detail.
Previous experience on large codebases.
Passion for performance debugging, benchmarking, and understanding of client-side performance
Other Experience Necessary
Experience in Responsive Design, specifically knowledge of Bootstrap
Experience with consuming restful (JSON) web services client side.
Experience designing / maintaining / tuning high-performance code to ensure optimal load time
Passion for performance debugging and bench marking
Expert knowledge of object oriented JavaScript, specifically the Angular framework.
Expert knowledge of and NPM, and Jasmine/Karma unit testing tools
Expert knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML/CSS).
Expert knowledge of Web Accessibility (WCAG 2.0 AA, 508 Compliance) requirements.
Ability to write high-performance, reusable code for UI components
Digital experience within a Healthcare organization a Plus
