Position Description:
National, residential developer is in search of an experienced and accomplished Senior Accountant. In this role, you will:
Analyze and assist in the implementation of new accounting standards
Assist in the preparation of the company?s financial statements
Perform account analysis and reconciliation for balance sheet accounts
Apply generally accepted accounting principles to an array of business transactions
Review financial statements and provide accurate analysis
Complete other projects and duties as assigned

The Specifics:
Bachelor?s degree from a four-year college or university
A minimum of four years accounting experience
CPA/CFA certification or demonstrated candidacy
Ability to read and interpret information from various publications, then present this information comprehensively to managers, clients, and the public
Strong mathematical and reasoning capabilities
Perform at a high level with limited supervision
Experience working in the residential builder or developer industry
