We are looking for our initial team members to kick off the Portland market with 3 locations! Stores will be opening in late August and more stores are to come next year.**
General Manager Duties
Responsible for ensuring store and staff is managed effectively.
Motivate staff to maintain appropriate knowledge on meals and daily tasks.
Provide necessary resources for staff to successfully understand what is expected of each team member.
Manage staff shift schedules.
Collaborate with distribution team to efficiently forecast meals for daily orders and oversee all deliveries are correct.
Ensure cash drawers match POS system accurately at the end of each day.
Submit payroll for each staff member to accounting team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $36,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
